Protective Industrial Products, Inc. Appoints New Director of M&A

LATHAM, NY – May 4, 2022 – Protective Industrial Products Inc. (PIP^®) a leading global supplier of hand protection and PPE with more than 1,500 employees worldwide, announces the appointment of a new Director of M&A, Courtney Cliffe. Ms. Cliffe joined PIP^® on Monday, May 2 to advance PIP’s mission of acquiring new companies that will drive customer expansion as well as growth opportunities.

Ms. Cliffe comes to the PIP^® family from Clearview Capital L.P. where she was a Private Equity Senior Associate responsible for the evaluation and execution of investments across a variety of markets including manufacturing and distribution. Prior to her time at Clearview Capital L.P., she served as an Investment Banking Associate at Sawaya Partners, LLC and an Investment Banking Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Courtney is a graduate of Columbia University and holds a bachelor’s in Mathematics & Statistics.
